How Pacific Coast Triage Services (PCTS) handles information collected through this website.
Last updated October 14, 2026
This policy explains how Pacific Coast Triage Services (“PCTS”, “we”, “us”) handles information collected through this website, pcts.health. It covers the website only. Patient information handled in the course of providing nurse triage services to our clients is governed by our agreements with those clients and by HIPAA, not by this policy.
Information we collect
Information you send us. When you use our contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, the reason for your inquiry, whether you are an existing client, and your message. Please do not include patient health information in the form.
Information collected automatically. Like any website, our hosting provider records standard technical data when pages are requested, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages visited. This data is used to operate and secure the site.
Website analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and how visitors arrive. It does not use cookies and reports only aggregated statistics; it does not identify individual visitors or track them across other websites. We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or tracking pixels on this website.
How we use information
We use information you send us to respond to your inquiry, to provide information about our services, and to recruit nurses when you contact us about employment. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for third parties’ marketing purposes.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of providers to run this website:
- Vercel hosts the website and provides our cookieless website analytics.
- Web3Forms delivers contact form submissions to our email.
- Google Workspace provides our email.
These providers process information only to provide their services to us.
Retention
We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a business relationship, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you have sent us through this website. California residents may have additional rights under California law, including the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information sent through this website. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Children
This website is intended for healthcare organizations and professionals and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
